1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using PayGoingGlobal's cross-border payment services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. PayGoingGlobal facilitates UPI-based payments from India to US merchants.

2. Service Description

PayGoingGlobal provides cross-border payment processing services enabling:

  • US merchants to accept UPI payments from Indian customers
  • Real-time payment processing and settlement
  • Currency conversion from INR to USD
  • Transaction reporting and reconciliation

3. Merchant Eligibility

To use our services, merchants must:

  • Be legally registered businesses in the United States
  • Maintain valid business licenses and tax identification
  • Comply with all applicable US and Indian regulations
  • Pass our KYC/AML verification procedures

4. Compliance and Regulatory

All transactions processed through PayGoingGlobal comply with:

  • Reserve Bank of India (RBI) guidelines on cross-border payments
  • US Treasury and FinCEN regulations
  • Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements
  • Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) regulations

5. Transaction Processing

Merchants acknowledge that all transactions are subject to regulatory approval and may be delayed or rejected based on compliance requirements. Exchange rates are determined at the time of transaction and include our processing fee.

6. Fees and Settlement

Transaction fees and settlement terms are outlined in your merchant agreement. Settlements are typically processed within 1-2 business days, subject to banking holidays and compliance checks.

7. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect transaction data. Merchants must maintain PCI DSS compliance and protect customer information according to applicable data protection laws.

8. Prohibited Activities

Merchants may not use our services for:

  • Illegal or fraudulent transactions
  • Money laundering or terrorist financing
  • Transactions violating US or Indian sanctions
  • High-risk activities as defined in our Acceptable Use Policy

9. Limitation of Liability

PayGoingGlobal's liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by the merchant in the preceding month. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service with 30 days notice. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or suspicious activity.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, USA. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules.
